What I collect, and why
When you submit the contact form. I collect your name, work email, company, role, the challenge area you select, and whatever you write in the message field. I use this solely to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to arrange and prepare for a call. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — you asked to be contacted about a business matter.
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards the content to my email inbox. Your submission passes through Web3Forms' infrastructure, which may be located outside the European Economic Area. I do not use this service for anything beyond delivering your message to me.
When you browse the site. With your consent, I use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages get read, where visitors come from, how far they scroll. With your consent, I also use Google Ads tags to measure whether advertising leads to enquiries. Both rely on cookies and similar technologies, and neither runs until you accept them through the cookie banner. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie settings link on any page.
I do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
How long I keep it
Enquiries and related correspondence: 24 months from our last contact, unless we enter a client relationship, in which case the engagement records are kept as long as required by Estonian accounting law.
Analytics data: retained according to the Google Analytics 4 retention setting, currently 14 months.

- Google Ireland Ltd. — analytics and advertising measurement (only with your consent)
- CookieYes — records of your cookie consent
- My hosting provider, which processes server logs in the ordinary course of running the site
Each of these acts as a processor or independent controller within its own service. I do not pass your data to anyone else.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to the personal data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing based on legitimate interest, or request that processing be restricted. Write to [email protected] and I will respond within one month.
If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
